Product Characteristics: | Disp. Gloss Coating with good rub and scratch resistant finishing. The coating exhibits a very fast surface drying, good antisealing properties, good stackability and is suitable for double side coating. The coating ensures a quick subsequent processing. Due to its high elasticity it is acting trouble-free when folded, creased or grooved. ISEGA Certificate of Conformity for lacquering food packagings and direct contact with dry, non fatty food is available. |

Application: | Suitable for all coating devices for aqueous dispersion coatings available at present in the market. |
Applied quantity: | 3 to 6 g aqueous dispersion coating/m². |
Drying: | airborne drying; accelerated drying with preheated air blast and infrared drying devices. |
Viscosity: | 35 to 80 seconds, DIN 4 mm cup at 20°C. |
Cleaning: | clean immediately machines and equipment after use with water; use special cleanser for dispersion coatings in order to remove caked residues. |
Details: | stir well before use! Use exclusively printing inks resistant to dispersion coatings (alcohol (spirit)-, nitro solvent- and alkaline-stability required)! |
Storage conditions: | Protect from frost, heat and sunlight; use original packaging; storage temperature : 5 to 30 °C. |
