Product Characteristics:

Disp. coating for topmost glossy, UV-similar finishing ; suitable for wet-on-wet as well as wet-on-dry varnishing.

In order to achieve highest gloss, the use of printing ink systems free of wax as Flint Novavit F 770 INULINE is essential.

Revuline 100 ensures a quick wide scope of processing. Depending on gloss requirements and printing stock the needed coating quantity is applied by doctor blade-coaters - fitted with screen (Anilox) rollers exhibiting a scoop volume of 10 to 20 ml - or rubber roller coating devices.

Revuline 100 exhibits a fast surface drying, even with short deliveries (Low-energy-coating). In order to attain an optimum of printing performance make available good drying conditions, particularly warm air. A long delivery is favorable.

Revuline 100 features a specific plastic surface feel (haptics).

Revuline 100 is only suitable for one-side-coating.

Revuline 100 ensures highest gloss on matt-coated board.                   

ISEGA Certificate of Conformity (for safely lacquering primary packaging materials for foodstuff which may stand in direct contact with dry, non-fatty food) is available

Application:

Suitable for all coating devices for aqueous dispersion coatings available at present in the market.

Applied quantity:

4 to 7 g aqueous dispersion coating/m².

Drying:

airborne drying; accelerated drying with preheated air blast and infrared drying devices.

Viscosity:

80 to 120 seconds, DIN 4 mm cup at 20°C.

Cleaning:

clean immediately machines and equipment after use with water; use special cleanser for dispersion coatings in order to remove caked residues.

Details:

stir well before use! Use exclusively printing inks resistant to dispersion coatings (alcohol (spirit)-, nitro solvent- and alkaline-stability required)!

Storage conditions:

Protect from frost, heat and sunlight; use original packaging; storage temperature : 5 to 30 °C.
